Welcome to Z-Joy of Creation

We’re a passionate 3D print and design company that specializes in crafting realistic, lightweight props for cosplay, film, and re-enactment. From ancient swords to fantasy armor, our props not only look the part but feel comfortable enough for long days on set or at a convention. Whether you're acting for six hours or cosplaying all weekend, we make sure your gear stays light while looking incredibly lifelike.

Meet the Team

Zach
With a background in engineering, design, and art, Zach brings a deep respect for heritage crafts to the table—especially inspired by Roman swords. Skilled in carpentry, metalwork, blacksmithing, 3D printing and design, Zach fine-tunes the technical side of our creations.
Outside the workshop, you'll find him hiking through the North East, making rope from natural fibers, or in a game of basketball or badminton.

Joe
Joe has a background in animation and traditional drawing, Joe’s love for cosplay, Gundam, and painting miniatures made him a natural fit for our team. He’s responsible for the intricate paintwork on many of our pieces.
When he’s not working his magic with paints and brushes, Joe enjoys hitting the gym and playing badminton.

Our Story

Zach and Joe have been friends since nursery school. A trip to a Roman army museum sparked a shared fascination with our history swords and craftsmanship. That passion turned into late-night experiments, cosplay projects, and eventually—Z-Joy of Creation.

We started with one goal: to bring high-quality, lightweight, and realistic props to the creative community.
